This meal prep has an exceptional menu and I love the quality of the food. I ordered this last week to test it for my college days and its perfect. Containers are tight so I can carry them easily., meals taste great once heated - literally just freshly made.

Mikey’s Mealz is hands down the best meal prep company I’ve used. As an student athlete, and someone who just likes to be in shape and workouts constantly, Mikey’s Mealz is affordable, the perfect amount of food, and exactly what I need throughout the week to make it that much easier! Not to mention that that the food is just good! Most meal prep company’s have decent food, whereas Mikey’s is actually bomb food! Appreciate you for supplying meals and gettin me right to my health goals.

I really cannot cook everyday when i come back at 7 after work. I leave home at 8am and that doe snot allow me time to cook.
Last week i came across an ad for this meal prep and I wanted to give it a shot. First time every, I tried a meal prep and I cannot explain the relief that you feel when you know your meal is ready to be eaten up.!
Convenience is a 10/10 and the taste of the meals is 8.5/10 for me. I like my meals more spicy, so i add the extra spices myself over it. My sister would rate them 9/10.

My love for food has evolved. I really loved your meals. Restaurants out here give the old food which they know anyone can understand. Your meals were fresh, spices seemed to be set in well and mixed well with the meat. Sauces are amazing.
